We have a set of fully automated pattern sewing machines that provides precise sewing lines and ten times faster than hand operated sewing machines.
We provide high speed Embroidery machine for any embroidery purposes. Using the latest technology we can provide intricate and beautiful embroidery as per client requirement.
We use the computer automated board carving machine for carving board for pattern sewing machine and guideline making.
Production process and Made in Bangladesh

Quality control over each stage of production and stringent checks ensure that our products are top quality. Regular IQC (Incoming Quality Control) of in-house imported materials & in line inspection of intermediate products is also carried out at various units to maintain quality of end product. Quality inspection of finished products is undertaken batch wise. As per international norms, all our products are REACH compliant.
All our manufacturing facilities have SATRA accredited Machineries with in-house H&M approved laboratories for testing of raw materials and finished products. SATRA is recognized worldwide as a leading technical authority for footwear and leather goods.

In each and every aspect we always secure and ensure our workforce physical and mental health, we have in-house medical room with well-trained doctor and nurses.
First aid supplies are kept in safe, clean places throughout the factory. Workers are able to access them easily. The contents of our first aid supply kit depends on the kinds of work we do, but all kits include materials to treat common injuries such as burns, cuts, falls, and other injuries. Workers and supervisors have been trained in how to do first aid and stabilize an injured person until they can get to help.
